WHAT WE OFFER

Our gym is a one-on-one and small group training studio, and our sessions are by appointment only.  Membership to Kondition Haus is $10 per month and the cost of training is determined by your training frequency (sessions per week) and length of training contract (usually 1-3 months).  For new clients we require a 3 month contract. Other arrangements can be made after the initial training contract expires.

We specialize in one-on-one and small-group training specifically designed to help keep you accountable. Reduce your chance of getting injured or burned out and improve your overall fitness. Using our combined 19 years of personal training experience and continuing education in the areas of nutrition and behavioral change, we have developed a comprehensive training program that focuses on the 3 most important areas of your physical fitness.

TRAINERS

From the beginning of our training career, our goal has always been to own and operate a personal training studio. We both graduated college in 2009-2010 during the height of the Great Recession, and watched all of our friends and peers scramble to take the first available job that offered a steady paycheck and benefits. Instead of doing the same, we bet on ourselves and became self-employed despite the $100,000+ in student loan debt, lack of health insurance, zero paid time off, and no benefits of any kind. Our vision was built on the idea that if we took great care of people and made sound financial decisions, that we could make a life for ourselves.
